Homewood Middle School, located at 395 Mecca Avenue on the corner of Valley Avenue, is the only school in the Homewood School System serving grades sixth, seventh, and eighth. The school was originally founded as Homewood Junior High School.
The principal is Dr. Bill Cleveland.
The school's current location opened on January 4, 2005. It was previously located 300 yards away on Grace Street.
