Hooked was a seafood restarant located at 2100 3rd Avenue North in the Concord Center. It was owned by Rayford Cook and operated from March 2014 to around September of the same year.

Cook started the Off The Hook food truck in 2012 and took over the former Surin & Company location in the Concord Center serving favorites from the food truck's menu along with other entrees. Its menu featured seafood dishes such as fish tacos, shrimp po-boys, crab cake sliders, and spicy "Rocket Shrimp".
