The Icon Restaurant and Bar is a planned white-tablecloth restaurant to be located inside the remodeled Tutwiler Hotel. It will be operated by chef Geoffrey Slate and manager Alan Dobbs, formerly of Restaurant G.

The restaurant was originally scheduled to open for New Year's 2007, but complications arising from existing conditions in the historic building caused delays. During construction, Slate and Dobbs provided catering and room service for the hotel from the restaurant's two kitchens. The completed restaurant began serving guests on March 30.
