Incahoots Restaurant was a casual restaurant owned by [Harold Deason|Harold]] and Claudia Kakoliris Deason. They first opened in 1984 on Braddock Drive in Hoover. They expanded to 150 seats in that location before moving to a larger space at 4300 Helena Road in Old Town Helena overlooking Buck Creek in 2001. The Helena location featured an upstairs meeting room, a tiki bar and outside dining areas.

The Kiwanis Club of Helena held its meetings in the upper room at Incahoots. In May 2008, Incahoots was named by Birmingham News as one of the 10 best places to dine outside.

The restaurant did not reopen after closing on December 31, 2008. Deason said that business was great, but that he was ready to retire from ownership.
