John Martin Philip Otts Jr (born July 31, 1867; died January 24, 1937 in Birmingham) was an investment banker and property manager for the Jemison Company.

Otts was the second of nine children born to the Reverend J. M. P. Otts and his wife, the former Lelia Jane McCrary. He married Eliza Hobson "Lida" Nelson. He was a banker in Greensboro before moving to Birmingham. He commissioned architect Jake Salie to design his 1925 residence in Forest Park.

Otts is buried at Elmwood Cemetery.
