Jack Owens (born November 19, 1944 in Gatesville, Texas) is a retired FBI agent and was a contestant on CBS' Big Brother.

Owens grew up in southern West Virginia and West Chester, Pennsylvania. He graduated from American University in 1966 and earned his J. D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1969.

Owens was sworn in as an FBI special agent on June 23, 1969. He spent a year in in Denver, Colorado, and worked in Birmingham from 1970 until his retirement in August, 1999.

In 2003, he became the oldest cast member of the reality show Big Brother. He was voted off in the second episode.
