Jimmy Loo Joe (born 1950 in Birmingham; died October 9, 2006) was a sales clerk for Gus Mayer.

Joe was the son of Wing Soon Joe, second-generation owner of Joy Young Restaurant. He worked there in childhood, but left the restaurant business for a career in sales.

In 1980 Jimmy Joe was one of the incorporators, with Henry Joe, of New Joy Young Restaurant, which operated from Brookwood Gallery in the parking deck of Brookwood Hospital.

Joe and his wife, the former Leslie Gay Glass, had three children: Chris, Justin, and Jennifer. Gay died in the late 1978 and he later remarried, to the former Susan Fogas.

Joe died in 2006. His funeral services were held at Oakmont United Methodist Church and he was buried at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville.
