Joel Blackstock (born October 31, 1955) is an architect and principal of Williams Blackstock Architects.

Blackstock earned an bachelor of architecture and bachelor of environmental design at Auburn University, graduating in 1980. He worked for Giattina Fisher Aycock until 1994 when he left to join a former colleague, Richard Williams, to form Williams Blackstock.

Blackstock serves on the boards of REV Birmingham, AIA Birmingham, the Alabama Architectural Foundation and Workshops Inc.. He was a member of the 2012 class of Leadership Birmingham.
