John Joseph IV (born c. 1979 in Decatur) is an entrepreneur, public speaker, and founder of the Birmingham-based company Global Grad.

Joseph graduated from University of Mississippi and has a law degree from University of Alabama. In 2009, he was intrigued by a YouTube video profiling recent college graduates with heavy student loan debt and little job prospects during the Great Recession. Joseph entered the Birmingham Venture Club Entrepreneur Accelerator Program, graduating in 2010.
