The JordanCruiser was the nickname of the bus that served as the Barons' team charter from 1994 through 2002. It was owned and operated by Thrasher Brothers Trailways, and the cruiser was 45 feet long and 8.5 feet wide with 34 reclining seats and a 10 person lounge area. The cabin was outfitted with six televisions and stereo speakers.

Contrary to popular belief, Jordan did not purchase the motorcoach, but the bus earned the Jordan moniker as it was through Michael Jordan and his agent David Falk that the state-of-the-art motorcoach was developed and leased to the team.

The bus made its inaugural trip on April 14, 1994, for a roadtrip to both Chattanooga and Carolina. Its departure made national headlines and pictures of the motorcoach were published throughout the world in newspapers and magazines. At the end of the season, Jordan autographed each side of the bus solidifying its stature as the JordanCruiser. Although Jordan would not return to baseball for the 1995 season, the motorcoach remained as the Barons' charter through the 2002 season.

During the offseason, the motorcoach was available as part of the regular charter fleet to any group wishing to use the famous cruiser. However, in July 2006, the Thrasher Brothers sold the motorcoach to Wilson Bus Lines of Washington, D.C. ending the 12 year tenure of the cruiser within the Birmingham District.
