Karlos Montez Dansby (born November 3, 1981 in Birmingham) is a linebacker for the Miami Dolphins of the NFL.

Dansby played high school football at Woodlawn High School. He was an All-American and All-SEC player for the Auburn Tigers under Tommy Tuberville.

Dansby was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the second round as the thirty-third overall pick of the 2004 NFL Draft. He started 12 games in his first season, racking up 68 tackles and three fumble recoveries and was named to Pro Football Weekly's 2004 All-Rookie Team. He returned two interceptions for touchdowns in his second season and recorded 103 tackles. In 2006 he missed two games, but still had 94 tackles and eight sacks. He led the Cardinals in 2007 with 117 tackles and was designated a "franchise player" for the club the next Spring. He signed a one-year, $8.065 million contract, and followed it up by helping lead the team to the Super Bowl. In the first round of the 2010 NFL playoffs, he returned an intercepted pass from the Green Bay Packers' Aaron Rogers for a winning touchdown.
