The Keep Birmingham Beautiful Commission (KBBC, originally the Birmingham Beautification Board or BBB) is the Birmingham affiliate of the national "Keep America Beautiful" organization. The 18 to 24-member commission oversees a divisional operation of the Birmingham Department of Public Works charged with public education, environmental awareness and community improvement.
