The Keep Birmingham Beautiful Commission (KBBC, originally the Birmingham Beautification Board) is the Birmingham affiliate of the national "Keep America Beautiful" organization. The 18-member commission oversees a divisional operation of the Birmingham Department of Public Works charged with public education, environmental awareness and community improvement.

The Commission is funded primarily through grants and donations from local and national sponsors. It organizes and supplies neighborhood clean-up projects, sponsors the city's curbside recycling program, and organizes a number of community events, including plant digs at the New Georgia Landfill, clean-up contests at Birmingham City Schools, electronics recycling days, and lawn beautification awards.
