Keith Hall

Keith Hall (Born May 28, 1967 in Leeds) is owner of Keith Hall Properties and is chairman of the board of the Jefferson County Housing Authority.

Hall, a graduate of Leeds High School, was elected Constable of Jefferson County in 1988, at the time being the youngest person to serve in that capacity. Hall began purchasing and renovating properties in 1989. In 2000 he was elected to the Leeds City Council. He has managed several public housing projects and authorities throughout Alabama and Tennessee.
