La Paz is an Mexican restaurant located at 99 Euclid Avenue in Crestline Village. It was founded in 1992 as part of an Atlanta-based chain, which began with a first location in the Vinings community in 1979.

The Birmingham location was bought by the Red Mountain Restaurant Group in 2008.

In 2011, the owners announced the opening of a second location, Frio en La Paz, at the former Nonna's location in the Vestavia Hills City Center.
