The Lipscomb City Council is the 6-member elected body governing the city of Lipscomb. Three members of the current Council have either left office or are unable to attend meetings, leaving the body short of a quorum to conduct business.
- District _: David Horn, currently serving a 6 month sentence at Gardendale City Jail
- District _: Willie Jones
- District _: Gaston Randle, Mayor Pro Tem, indicted on felony charges, later resigned citing health reasons.
- District 4: Melanie Bouyer (appointed to fill unexpired term of Deborah Miller, later resigned because she doesn't live in her district)
