Music and Dance Skillz Company (usually abbreviated M. A. D. Skillz) is a dance company founded by choreographer Winston Strickland in 2003. Dancers are aged 10-18 and must maintain a GPA of 2.5 and above in order to remain in the group. The company currently has 50 members and rehearses at a studio at in Village East at 5360 Oporto-Madrid Boulevard South.

M. A. D. Skillz teaches hip hop, jazz, ballet, African, modern and praise dance techniques and specialized in high-energy group choreography with a distinctively Southern influence. The group has performed several times on national television, including multiple wins on BET's "Wild-Out Wednesday", a performance on "Showtime at the Apollo", and an appearance during the pilot for "America's Got Talent".
