Makarios Kebab & Grill is a Mediterranean restaurant located at 940 20th Street South near Five Points South. It opened in 2008 in the building formerly housing a Kentucky Fried Chicken and, most recently, the China Way Restaurant.

The restaurant is owned by Abdo Obeid and Hafed Mohamed. They later redecorated and expanded the dining area to include a shaded patio.

In 2015 Obeid and Mohamed opened a second location in the former Ranch House Family Restaurant in Vestavia Hills. They kept the Ranch House breakfast menu and many lunch and dinner items while adding many Middle Eastern specialties.
