Mary Moore (born July 23, 1948 in Birmingham) is a member of the Alabama House of Representatives representing District 59.

Moore completed a bachelor of science at Tuskegee University in 1970, earned a certificate in medical technology at UAB in 1971, and completed a master's in business administration at Alabama A&M University in 1983. From 1971 to 2000 she worked as a medical technologist for the Birmingham VA Medical Center. She served on the Birmingham Board of Education from 1998 to 2002. She is a former president of the Acipco-Finley neighborhood and also served on the Birmingham Industrial Water Board and the board of the Birmingham Trade Mart.

In the 2002 general election, Moore challenged one-term incumbent William Parker for the District 59 seat in the State Legislature. She was re-elected in 2006 and 2010.

Moore is a member of Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church. She has one son, Michael.
