Meadow Lake Business Park is a 34,661 square-foot retail and office strip in two brick-faced, flat-roofed buildings at 3000 and 4000 Meadow Lake Drive, off U.S. Highway 280 and adjacent to the Meadow Brook Corporate Park in unincorporated Shelby County. The center was constructed in 1999 by Engel Realty.
In June 2023 the center was acquired by Prudent Growth Partners of Chapel Hill, North Carolina for $4.5 million.
