Meazure Learning, formerly ProctorU, is a company which administers testing programs for educational institutions, businesses and professional organizations.
Jarrod Morgan founded ProctorU in Birmingham in 2008. The company described its services as "accredited online knowledge verification," providing live supervision (proctoring) of online test-takers worldwide.
Morgan founded the company after experiencing low-quality distance proctoring while working at Andrew Jackson University (now New Charter University). In 2011 he recruited his friend Matthew Jaeh to come on board as chief technical officer. Chief academic officer Ashley Norris joined the company in 2018.
ProctorU's Birmingham office is located at 2200 Riverchase Center in Hoover. It moved there from the nearby 2100 Riverchase Center in 2014. The company's headquarters offices moved to Livermore, California before 2014, but later returned to Alabama under current CEO Scott McFarland.
