Michael G. "Mike" Graffeo (born March 28, 1952 in Ensley) is an attorney and a judge in the 10th Judicial Circuit of Alabama.

Graffeo holds a Bachelor's in urban sociology and political science from UAB (1976) and a law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law (1979). He served as a law clerk to federal magistrates after graduating, and then accepted a position as legislative liaison and administrative assistant to Birmingham Mayor Richard Arrington, Jr in 1980.
