Michael Anthony Jones (born April 14, 1960 in Chattanooga, Tennessee) is a former NFL wide reciever and is currently a football coach.

Jones played collegiately at Tennessee State University, and in the NFL for the Minnesota Vikings (1983 - 1985) and New Orleans Saints (1986 - 1989). After his retirement, Jones began his coaching career at Liberty University. He was an assistant with the XFL's Orlando Rage in 2001 and with NFL Europa's Rhein Fire for five seasons.

In 2004, Jones took the head coach position with the Frankfurt Galaxy. In four seasons, he led the Galaxy to three World Bowl appearances winning the NFL Europa title in 2006.
