In March 2008, Nexity announced plans to move its headquarters from leased space on Blue Lake Drive to the Riverpoint building off of U. S. Highway 280. Nexity purchased the building from Daniel Corporation, who acquired it as part of the purchase of the HealthSouth corporate headquarters.
