Nolanda H. Bearden (born October 30, 1966 in Fairfield) is an architect and attorney and founder of the architecture firm NHB Group.

Bearden did office work in local firms while a student at Fairfield High School. After graduating in 1985 she earned her bachelor's degree in architecture at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. She began working as an intern at KPS Group in 1990 and completed a law degree at the Cumberland School of Law in 1997.

Bearden left KPS to start her own firm in 2002. NHB Group has worked primarily as associated architects for larger projects such as schools and commercial development. In 2009 the firm was selected to assist Populous of Kansas City, Missouri in the design of Birmingham's planned domed stadium.

In 2006 she purchased the former Famous Theater on 4th Avenue South and redeveloped it into offices and residences. She moved from Helena to occupy an upstairs residence and her firm relocated from 181 West Valley Avenue.
