Oakwood Apartments is a 64-unit apartment complex located along Oak Leaf Circle, behind the Urban Air Trampoline & Adventure Park and abutting I-65 at the end of Carr Avenue in Homewood.
The complex is made up of five two-story brick-clad buildings arrayed around a grassed courtyard with a playground and swimming pool.
H2 Real Estate purchased Oakwood Apartments from the Beacon Park Land Co. as part of a package with two other properties. Strategic Capital Investment Group of Jacksonville, Florida acquired the complex from them in 2021 for $4.5 million.
