The Old Town Music Hall was a music venue operated by Drew Tombrello on Morris Avenue in the early 1980s.
The Music Hall is remembered for performances by Betts Hall Leavell Trucks (BHLT), Dr John, R.E.M., Warren Zevon, and the Radiators, as well as by local groups like The Mortals and Jim Bob & the Leisure Suits.
The hall occasionally hosted UAB Center Stage Productions and was the site of the thrice-yearly "Old Town Music and Reading Series" organized by writers Steven Ford Brown and Danny Gamble.
After the nightclub closed, the building was purchased by Engel Realty and renovated for office tenants.
