One Pratt Park is a 6-acre Birmingham city park located between Dugan Avenue and Lacy Road, and between Hibernian Street and Lafayette Street in North Pratt. The Pratt City Library, constructed in 2013, occupies the park's southwest corner.

The Birmingham City Council approved a $7.7 million appropriation to construct the park on September 18, 2018. TLS Landscape Architecture of Berkeley, California worked with Macknally Land Design and Design Initiative on the park's design. Features include large playgrounds and a "misting pad", open grass play areas, a 200-seat amphitheater, picnic areas, hammock stands, a walking track, an outdoor LED screen, and a 4,500 square-foot activity building with a catering kitchen and space for meetings of 75-100 people. A trellis-covered plaza adjoining the building features an oversized map of the Pratt area in bold magenta and white, showing its natural features and mining history. The landscaping includes native plants and salvaged materials.

Stone Construction was the general contractor. The entire <!-$6.5 million?--> cost of the project was funded by federal disaster recovery grants for rebuilding areas affected by the April 2011 tornado outbreak.
