One Pratt Park is a 6-acre Birmingham city park located between Dugan Avenue and Lacy Road, and between Hibernian Street and Lafayette Street in North Pratt. The Pratt City Library, constructed in 2013, occupies the park's southwest corner.

The entire cost of the project was funded by federal disaster recovery grants for rebuilding areas affected by the April 2011 tornado outbreak. [{Railroad Park]] veterans TLS Landscape Architecture of Berkeley, California and Macknally Land Design collaborated on the park's design, which was presented to residents on April 16, 2016.

Features include large playgrounds and a "misting pad", open grass play areas, a 200-seat amphitheater, picnic areas, hammock stands, a walking track, an outdoor LED screen, and a 4,500 square-foot activity building, designed by Design Initiative, with a catering kitchen and space for meetings of 75-100 people. A trellis-covered plaza adjoining the building features an oversized map of the Pratt area in bold magenta and white, showing its natural features and mining history. A reading garden was laid out next to the library. The park's landscaping incorporates native plants and salvaged materials.

On September 18, 2018 the Birmingham City Council approved a $6.4 million appropriation from the disaster recovery fund to complete the park. Stone Construction was the general contractor.
