Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church is a predominantly African American Catholic parish church located at 708 1st Street South in Titusville. Paul Oberg is pastor.
The church was founded in 1905 by the Josephite Society of the Sacred Heart, a Catholic organization dedicated to serving inner cities. Its associated Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School opened in 1948.
