Over Easy

Over Easy is a 76-seat breakfast and lunch restaurant located at The Hollywood shopping center at 358 Hollywood Boulevard. It is owned by Steven and Ashley Jackson. The menu features an Italian-flavored version of eggs benedict and a recreation of the "lumberjack potatoes" from the former Coffee Shoppe nearby. Also offered are a signature pimento cheese sandwich with fried green tomatoes and hamburgers.

On October 6, 2015 the restaurant opened a second location at 2409 Acton Road in Vestavia Hills' Dolly Creek Station shopping center.
