Paul Manning Bar-B-Que was a barbecue restaurant located at 21400 U. S. Highway 231 in the Wattsville community near Ragland. It was owned by long-time St Clair County Commissioner Paul Manning, who opened it in 1973, shortly after arriving in the area with only $225 to his name.
The restaurant closed in February 2013.
