Pine Knoll Vista is a small neighborhood in Birmingham's East Pinson Valley community. It occupies the area southwest of Lawson Road from Echo Highlands and Maple Grove, northwest of Airport Road from Penfield Park and north of Brummitt Heights. Pine Knoll Park is the only public facility in the neighborhood.

The neighborhood is represented in Birmingham City Council District 1 and District 4.

The Pine Knoll Vista Neighborhood Association meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Brownsville Heights Recreation Center on Airport Road. Justine Atkins is the neighborhood president.
