Caddell's Creamery was a hamburger restaurant and soda parlor owned by Jack Caddell and located on the lower level of the Highland Plaza shopping center during the 1950s. The space, which is entered from 11th Court South, later became the Upside-Down Plaza, and currently houses the Hot and Hot Fish Club restaurant.
