The Powderly Library (or Birmingham Public Library Powderly Branch) is a branch of the Birmingham Public Library located in the Wiggins Park Recration Center at 3301 Jefferson Avenue in Powderly. It was constructed in 1979 under the name "Wiggins Park Branch Library".

The library houses the Jefferson County Library Cooperative's Books-By-Mail program.

During the summer of 2009 the library was closed for renovations which included a new entranceway, accessibility upgrades, and new mechanical equipment. The alterations were designed by Charles Williams & Associates architects.

The library's reading room was named in honor of former Birmingham City Council member Miriam Witherspoon.
