The Powderly Library (or Birmingham Public Library Powderly Branch) is a branch of the Birmingham Public Library located in the Wiggins Park Recration Center at 3301 Jefferson Avenue Southwest in Powderly. It was constructed in 1979.

The library houses the efferson County Library Cooperative's Books-By-Mail program.

During the summer of 2009 the library was closed for renovations. The library's reading room was named in honor of former Birmingham City Council member Miriam Witherspoon.
