The Riverchase Village Senior Living Community (formerly The Park at Riverchase) is an assisted-living facility at 1851 Data Drive in Hoover, which is licensed for 125 beds.

It was purchased by Sunwest Management in a state-mandated change of ownership in November 2006. The mandate followed an Alabama Department of Public Health inspection score of 24/100 in June 2006. A reinspection on October 27, 2007 raised the score to 81/100. Subsequent visits indicate that all remaining issues have been addressed.
