Robert Smith "Has" Haslam (born c. 1947 in Washington D.C.; died August 12, 2023 in Birmingham) was a long-time bartender at Marty's on 10th Court South.

Haslam's family relocated to Birmingham in 1959. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany as a helicopter mechanic during the Vietnam War. He was charmed by the family-friendly German pubs and determined to take up bartending.

After returning to Birmingham, Haslam began working at Flanagan's, and was later hired by Marty Eagle at his Eagle's Nest in Lakeview. When Eagle opened Marty's in 1993, Has followed, welcoming new and old customers warmly. He remained a fixture there until Eagle's death in 2013.

Haslam worked odd jobs afterward until his health failed. He died from cancer at the Birminigham VA Medical Center in 2023.
