SCA Performance is a vehicle customizer at 7769 Gadsden Highway in Trussville.

The company was founded as MCM Custom Vehicles in 2009 by Rod McSweeney and his sons Matt and Michael after Rod's previous company, Southern Comfort Conversions, was closed by the majority owner during the economic downturn. Southern Comfort was founded in 1979 in Oneonta, and moved to the current location of MCM in 1986. Southern Comfort moved to a state-of-the-art facility in Center Point in 2006. The McSweeneys still owned the Gadsden Highway location, and after Southern Comfort's downfall, the McSweeneys and several former Southern Comfort employees started MCM Custom.

The company changed its name to SCA Performance ("Southern Comfort Auto") in 2015 to focus on customizing new trucks and SUVs, and continues to manufacture and sell replacement parts for both Southern Comfort and Starcraft customized vehicles.
