MCM Custom Vehicles is a vehicle customizer at 7769 Gadsden Highway in Trussville.

The company was founded in 2009 by Rod McSweeney and his sons Matt and Michael after Rod's previous company, Southern Comfort Conversions, was closed by the majority owner during the economic downturn. Southern Comfort was founded in 1979 in Oneonta, and moved to the current location of MCM in 1986. Southern Comfort moved to a state-of-the-art facility in Center Point in 2006. The McSweeneys still owned the Gadsden Highway location, and after Southern Comfort's downfall, the McSweeneys and several former Southern Comfort employees started MCM Custom.
