STIX is a Japanese and Chinese restaurant chain which opened its first Birmingham-area location at 3250 Galleria Circle at the Riverchase Galleria in 1997.

Customers were offered a choice of two dining rooms, separated by a sushi bar. The Japanese dining room featured teppan tables where food was prepared individually for each group.

In 2009, a second area location was opened at Colonial Promenade Fultondale at 3405 Lowery Parkway.

The original location closed in March 2023. Later the same year, Sin Chean Yoe acquired it through his Yapstix company and reopened in August with Ann Dy as general manager.
