Salon U is a hair and beauty salon opened in June 2002 by Issam Bajalia and operating as a licensed Aveda Lifestyle Salon. The salon currently has two locations, at 2824 Linden Avenue in Homewood and at 109 20th Street South in the Station 121 building in Midtown.

The salon's midtown location includes an in-house juice bar operated by Sprout and Pour.

In July 2019 an anonymous threatening note was left on the Homewood salon's rear door, calling for the business to take down a pride flag it had displayed during June, "before it is too late." Bajalia reported the threat to the Homewood Police Department. James Willoughby Wood of Mountain Brook was charged with misdemeanor harassing communication in August.
