Sandra Brown (born c. 1947) is a retired Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Alabama employee, president of the North Birmingham neighborhood association, vice president of the Citizen Advisory Board, and representative of District 9 on the Birmingham Board of Education.
Brown attended Birmingham City Schools. In 2013 she defeated incumbent Emanuel Ford for the District 9 seat on the Board of Education. As a candidate she expressed plans to expand career technology classes.
