Sandra Brown (born c. 1947) is a retired Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Alabama employee, president of the North Birmingham neighborhood association, and vice president of the Citizen Advisory Board.

Brown attended Birmingham City Schools. In 2013 she qualified to challenge incumbent Emanuel Ford for Birmingham Board of Education, District 9. As a candidate she expressed plans to expand career technology classes.
