Scenic Alabama is a non-profit organization that lobbies for the removal of billboards and for restrictions on signage. The group was founded in 1996 as an outgrowth of volunteer efforts that won a ban on new billboards in the city of Birmingham.

The executive director of Scenic Alabama is Lisa Harris and their offices are located in the Center for Regional Planning and Design at 1731 1st Avenue North.
