Scott Douglas (born c. 1947 in Nashville, Tennessee) is the executive director of Greater Birmingham Ministries and a candidate in the 2009 Birmingham mayoral election.

After graduating high school, Douglas attended the University of Tennessee, but did not complete a degree. He ran for Congress in Tennessee in 1972, but did not win. He worked as a social justice organizer for the Sierra Club before being hired as director of Greater Birmingham Ministries in 1993.
