The Sherman Oaks Apartments is a 4-building, U-shaped apartment complex located at 7731–7741 3rd Avenue South in Birmingham's South East Lake neighborhood. It was constructed after 1960 on the site of the former academic quad of Howard College, which relocated to Shades Valley. It is named for the famous "Sherman Oak" which was located on the quad.

An affiliate of the Warrior Equity Group acquired the complex and the nearby Twin Gates Apartments for $2.94 million from a Hoover investment group in 2020.
