Smiles for Keeps is a dental clinic located at 5520 1st Avenue South in Woodlawn. It was opened in February 2006 by J. Roger Smith and business partner Mary McSpadden. Originally at 5528 1st Avenue North, the clinic was located for convenience to lower-income families and specializes in Medicaid patients, but serves a diverse clientele.

In 2012 the practice moved into a new 2,990-square-foot office on a vacant parcel at 5500 1st Avenue South.
