Smiles for Keeps is a dental clinic located at 5528 1st Avenue North in Woodlawn. It was opened in February 2006 by J. Roger Smith and business partner Mary McSpadden. The clinic was located for convenience to lower-income families and specializes in Medicaid patients, but serves a diverse clientele.

In December 2011 the practice announced plans to build a new 2,990-square-foot office on a vacant parcel at 5500 1st Avenue South.
