Smoothie Joe's is an independently-owned smoothie bar located at 1251 Grayson Valley Parkway, Suite 101, in Grayson Valley. Smoothie Joe's is owned by James Thompson and opened in April, 2004. A second location inside the SportsPlex in Hoover was opened in July, 2007. The Grayson Valley store hosts live music and Bible studies.
